Today it was a Tony Osbourne who called from the 740-201-2131 number asking for the owner of the company by the first name. I told him to hold on for a moment.... it was a very long hold time...... Yesterday the same guy called and hung up when he was asked who he was and what he wanted.
Got "Bethany" calling for the doctor, I told her he was with a patient and she said "I'll hold". Well guess what, Bethany, you don't give a reason or number, you won't be getting to talk to him! Idiot..
Got a call from a woman asking for my boss, who wasn't available, then she didn't want to leave a message for him & didn't want my help :-). She hung up quickly.
By the way, that is not their actual number. That number is a disconnected number programmed into their call system to hide their real number. I reported them to the FTC. It is a land line in Galena, OH.
