Today it was a Tony Osbourne who called from the 740-201-2131 number asking for the owner of the company by the first name. I told him to hold on for a moment.... it was a very long hold time...... Yesterday the same guy called and hung up when he was asked who he was and what he wanted.
So this Guy calling him self Gene Ray called from number 740-201-2131 asking for my boss by name, I said that he was with a Patient, He told me tell him its Gene and I will hold, So I told my boss, he still didnt know who it was so I got back on the phone and told him that I would just get his number the doctor was really busy, "Gene said no, so I asked what the call was about and he hung up on me. These people want to try and sell you crap and yet they have no manners REALLY? Thats going to work, maybe if you people tried being nice to the person on the other end of the line you might get somewhere..
Someone keeps calling from 740-201-2131 and asking to speak with my boss, who is a doctor, and will NEVER come to the phone. They just kept saying, "That's okay. We'll try back again later." I told them he would NEVER come to the phone and being rude to the receptionist is definitely not the way to get to the doctor.
Same thing! Christa Grimm calls, asks for the doctor by name and won't leave a message.Says she's calling "from work" and that he'll know who she is...guess what...he doesn't and never will because he will NOT take this call. Then asked for my name and told me she would let my boss know that I was not nice to her when she finally speaks to him. Sorry honey, again...you'll never speak to him. Hasn't anyone taught them, this isn't how you get through to the boss! :-)
This guy is a creep! He has called my office everyday for the last 2 weeks pretending that he is best friends with my doctor (who is a female, yet he refers to her as him.......um, how dumb does he think we are). He says his name is Ben. I play with him on the phone now.....if he is going to tie up my line he may as well provide a little entertainment. I have kept this freak on hold for 15 minutes one time; do you know that he waited....what an [***]!
I have reported him numerous times, but of course he has some kind of block on the number that states it is a disconnected number. So in the meantime he adds to the waiting room humor.....next I think I will let one of my patient's talk with him. Why not....he has already sat on hold with Doc's 2 year old blabbering in the phone!LOL
