I have received this call often, and I usually hang up immediately. But last time I hung it would not disconnect, the recording kept play for about 5 minutes. I reported it to Bell Canada, they couldn't do anything. Be aware!!!!
7:35 pm March 16 recording about contacting them for lower interest rates on your 'card' ie: 'Dear Cardholder' so they don't care what credit card you have.....telemarketers...
