Capital One Credit something, wanted to speak with my husband, or if he wasn't available wanted me to verify his DoB. My husband doesn't have an account with CO, and I told her I wasn't verifying anything since they couldn't even get his cell number right. She was not amused.
I received a call on my cell phone from 804-588-4755. I said hello and a guy said hello is this Tonya? I asked who is this and he said oh... this is..(rambled an unintelligible name) from Capital One, can I speak to Judy or Patti? I told him he had the wrong number.
First of all.. how did he get my number and my name, second of all why is he calling my phone, saying my name and then asking for someone else? I have a family member that goes by Judy/Patti, so they obvioulsy got this information from somewhere... My privacy has been violated and I'm pretty sure this guy doesn't work for Capital One.. He seemed off guard when I asked who he was.
Capitalone called me many times a day so i finally answered the phone and Im glad i did Josh works with me on the monthly payments i now pay 100.00 a month instead of the 430.00 i was suppose to pay.
Said her name was Connie Alexander, my "new representative" from Capital One and asked me to call her back at 800-272-9756, ext 5215660. I finally called that number back this morning, and got a flower shop called "Flushing Florists"!
