This is happening to me as well while I am at my desk at work. Within a 30 minute time span, I received 10 calls, from 10 different numbers, and it would always beep twice then hang up. The 11th time, it was one of the numbers that had called previously and there was a woman with a heavy accent on the line. Asked for someone who does not work here. I told her that they had called 11 times within 30 minutes and that they should stop calling my number immediately. Very strange and very annoying!
Call and ask for owner - several times a day - different people. I finally asked what it was regarding and this person said she was Stephanie Bowman's assistant. I asked how many assistant Stephanie Bowman has and she said she could not give out that information.
I don't know if it's the same call center or what, but I have been getting inundated with calls from this number and multiple other numbers that are obviously spoofed. Each time there is a guy with a thick Indian accent. If I ask them what they're calling about, they say it's a personal business matter (well, which is it -- personal or business?). I usually hang up on them, but I get calls like this every, single, day.
