Asked for business owner by first name, I said that's me. He said his name was Jeff (but he had a very thick Indian accent) and said we had been pre-approved for a small business loan. BLOCKED.

Caller left no message and so it's reasonable to assume there was no message important enough to leave. Number is now permanently BLOCKED!
