Claimed to be Quick Access Capital, offering unsecured loan, claimed his name is James Christopher Smith (with a thick East Indian accent???), when I pressured for his name, address, phone #, any specifics on him...he hung up on me. He was annoyed when I answered every question with a question for him. hehe My latest trick...ask them if they are wearing socks...it really throws 'em... I get a good snicker...
Has called several times over the course of the last month looking for our business owner (calls with the name of an ex-employee) claiming to be his friend.
They have called several times asking to speak with the owner and each time were told that he is unavailable but that I am the office manager and our company is a part of the "Do Not Call" Registry. I also tried phoning back this last time to politely ask for our number be removed from their list and have been placed on hold automatically. Eventually, the line was disconnected following an automated "Goodbye" upon no representative taking the call.
