MY HUSBAND RECEIVED A CALL STATING SOMETHING ABOUT FRAUD. IT WAS A WOMAN AND SHE EVEN GAVE HIM A CASE NUMBER. I GOOGLED THE NUMBER AND SAW ALL THESE OTHER COMPLAINTS. WHEN YOU ARE IN DOUBT...GOOGLE.
They said they were the department of summoning division, the voicemails did. The first time I called them back, they said I was being sued by capital one. Being summoned to court for fraud. Today when I called them back, they said they were goldmen and associates, and the amount I was being sued for is over a thousand dollars, the first time it was 966. I'm filing bankruptcy, so I offeeed my attorneys number and she said they could call her...with?! She said that capital one was filing a civil complaint against me!!
Just received this call says
I am a criminal need to pay this money ASAP! I am a disabled woman with heart severe heart problems said I have a 875.00 bill that in 5 mins go down to 400.they said I need to get a pre paid card at Walmart and get them that money ASAP or they will hall me off to court! I am a nervous wreck!!
This number called me today saying they were getting me for fraud ! I know this is scamming time . Someone needs to stop these people cause it's aggravating as hell .
I just got a phone call from this number I dont answer # i dont know....they said I was having charges brought against me for fraud...Is this crap really happening....OMG I am 8 months pregnant and it scared me so bad I started early labor pains.
