MY HUSBAND RECEIVED A CALL STATING SOMETHING ABOUT FRAUD. IT WAS A WOMAN AND SHE EVEN GAVE HIM A CASE NUMBER. I GOOGLED THE NUMBER AND SAW ALL THESE OTHER COMPLAINTS. WHEN YOU ARE IN DOUBT...GOOGLE.
I keep getting calls all day long from this number stating I am going to be served with court papers....what the crap is this...I did not think people called you before they served you....anyway should I get a lawyer or is this a scam?
Total scam. Legitimate process servers do not contact anyone in advance and let you know anything. This is basically an attempt to scare you in to paying them something . Do not fall for it. Do not return the calls. Block the calls. Read the other notes!
