any one know anyone that works there...any real names of managers..I think a little phone payback might be in order.. maybe a past employee who is pissed and would give some of their personal information out. Apparently they think our personal life is not important and they can hide behind the walls and do this crap. Could be posted and let all of the pissed off people that get the horrible calls call them back and tell their friends, if they have any, the are writing bad checks, that's what happened to me.. I did not write any bad checks.
this place calles at least 3 times a day and they leave a recorded message i have no clue what they want and dont know how to block them from calling, anyone know? i have no debt like the rest of you but my ex does maybe its his i heard this is a scam also. Becareful
getting several calls everyday on my business cell phone. I owe no bills have A++ credit rating. there is no reason I should be getting any calls from a collection agency.
Why don't they just send a notice by US posal service if this is legit !!
i would suggest calling back and getting to the bottom of it. they called me about an account that was past due. it was not an account i set up or even knew about - was set up fraudulently(telephone service in another state). i didn't receive a letter via US mail because the address used to set it up was fraudulent. rep was courteous and sent out the necessary documents (theft affidavit, etc) to correct the problem. after a week or so i received a letter from at&t stating after their investigation i was no longer responsible for those charges
