6/22/2013 11:17a.m. EST, they called and I rejected it. The number displayed as NJ, but one website said they were unable to call it back or something, spydialer.com I think, I have not tried falling it back. Maybe someone calls and likes reading about it online.
I live in Iowa. I was also called. When I answered they played a recorded voice offering a lower the credit percentage. On my caller ID, the number appeared to be from NJ.
Received the call on my cell. Said 1 (201) 243 3356 Bayonne, NJ. I was still sleeping and it woke me up. I starred at it then just answered. I never said hello, and a woman's voice came on about my credit card. 1. I don't have a credit card just a debit card I haven't used in a year. I ended up pressing 1, to inform them and say "you have the wrong number." But they hung up.
