I just received a call from this number from Bayonne, NJ and I live in California. Interestingly, I recently had to cancel a credit card, because two purchases were made in NJ. It was red flagged by my credit card company, because I had used the credit card back at home and they noticed a charge clear across the country.
This is a scam they pretend to be a bank, a credit card company, or whatever they can come up with to try to promise you things they can't do just to get your money
