I received a call from this number as well about an hour ago, when I answered no one was there and the call hung up.

hung up. Not when I answered. after I said hello

got a call; ;no one there

Picked up on cell - was an automated message about a credit card offer.  Hung up.

I had pressed the number 1 and received a person stating they could lower my credit card interest to 6%.  I asked him which credit card was this in reference to and he said all three of my cards through BOA, Chase and Citi.  When he asked for the credit card number, I said you should have it if you are planning to lower my interest rate.  They hung up.
