just got a message saying this was my final message that I could lower my credit card score. They said my opportunity expires soon and asked me to just press 1. Message does not state which credit card they are calling about, which I found suspicious. Hung up.
Just hang up. I was stupid and hit 1 and yes it was to lower my APR on my credit cards. I went along with it until the other end hung up and then had to call my credit card company and cancelled and get a new card. I know better than this I listen to the news all the time and warn us about these things.
Call came into my cell, with a female voice, better than robovoice, saying they were calling about my credit card. I hung up. My assumption is this is a phishing scam as no reputable financial company would start a call in that manner.
