I just got a call from this number about 2 minutes ago, about lowering my credit card interest...but here is the funny thing that makes me know for sure that it is a fake call...I do not have any credit cards!! So if there was any doubt from any of you that it might be a legit call, you can rest assured that it is not and just hang up on them.
Got a call from this number on my cell phone asking if I wanted a lower rate on my credit card account and to press 1 if I did. So I did out of curiosty as to what credit card company is calling me. I was transferred to an Indian speaking fellow who asked me if I wanted the lower interest rate and I asked him what credit card company this is and he said "your CHASE ACCOUNT/CITIBANK account. I said that I do not do business on the phone and to mail me something and he actually hung up on me. Plus I do not have an account with the Chase Bank. This is a scam.
the idiot i am gave them my cc numbers but no ccv number after 15 minutes noticed scam as i asked numerous times will call you back did not give me number...hung up called my cc's companies right away and reported all cc's stolen! hang up **sholes ruined my perfect day!
