same exact thing happened to me....you start questioning them and they hang up on you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

unwanted calls

Illegal Robocall from 201-243-3365, saying I could "lower my interest rate" on my credit cards.

i got the same thing i answered the call and no one is there tried calling from another phone and it said it couldn't take calls at this time.

very weird

recording said they were calling to lower my credit card interest rates.  didn't mention which financial institution, but i don't have a credit card
