Why you think these scammers not afraid cause they know do not call is bs. Our gov obviously don't care cause they don't do crap about consumer complaints this why we have protect ourselves like here and spread word who they are

These numbers are spoofed.  That's why the Do Not Call list fails to stop them.  The best thing to do is NOT answer the phone.  When you do answer you are verifying that the number is valid.  Your number is then shifted to an active list, sold and used by criminals.

Why would you give ANY CALLER your credit card number?
