Yes, this is one of MANY phone numbers WaMu uses (they call from WA, AZ, GA, NV & the list goes on). The part that is odd is that they don't respond when I have had the ability to answer any their calls. All because they will not consider payment arrangements we have attempted to make with them. I am going to just start turning my ringer off.
I have had enough of these [***] - they call upwards of a dozen times a day for the past 10 days, so I filed a complaint with the FTC because they are violating the law. The "reps" have the gall to tell me that I can go to jail for not paying my bills - which is A LIE - debtors prisons were outlawed over a century ago. FYI: A federal statute known as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (often called the "FDCPA") gives you specific legal rights to sue debt collectors who unlawfully threaten, berate, intimidate or harass you; call you during odd hours, make false representations about the debt or their intentions, or otherwise act in ways proscribed by the act (and their are many). False statements may include (and this list is just a small example) threats to: Empty threats are punishable under the FDCPA! as are to Threaten imprisonment or criminal punishment; Call you "everyday until the debt is paid"
It is unlawful under the FDCPA to threaten suit if no such action is intended. This even applies if the collector says if you don't do something within a certain time period, something else may happen. See discussion below in the case of Brown v. CSC. The attorney cannot sue you in a state that is not your home state, under the FDCPA. Therefore, the threat is an empty one.

calls over and over early and late no message left its washington mutual computorized calls they are activated when they hear a voice answer.if you don't answer those calls it goes to another number that calls from another state. it's very repetitive event
