These people claimed that they're from tmobile but they are not. They are scammers, they are trying to get your personal informations.
He told me that we need to settle of my outstanding bill. I told who the hell are you?? I'm current with my bill. I called tmobile just to confirmed if I'm behind on my payment, they said no. They advised to block that number on your phone.
I just left t mobile like about 2 weeks ago, this is the first time I am getting this call... but im kind of scared if they are going to continue to call. I kept my number because it is too much of a pain to switch numbers.. though I am about tempted to change numbers now if this is going to call me multiple times a day.
I get a call from 201-297-4498 once a day for probably the past week. I switched from T-Mobile to Verizon so I'm sure it's T-Mobile. I haven't ever answered it, and they don't leave a message. Now that I know it's T-Mobile I will answer it and see what they want. It's incredibly annoying. Has anyone actually answered it and talked to anyone?
I also switched from T Mobile to Sprint recently and get these calls twice a day. Luckily my phone has the option to force specific contacts straight to voicemail when they call.
