These people claimed that they're from tmobile but they are not. They are scammers, they are trying to get your personal informations.
He told me that we need to settle of my outstanding bill. I told who the hell are you?? I'm current with my bill. I called tmobile just to confirmed if I'm behind on my payment, they said no. They advised to block that number on your phone.
Same deal. I just switched from T-Mobile to AT&T and now get numerous calls a week from (201) 297.4498. This is a form of harrassment. T-Mobile is an atrocious company -- please tell your friends and family NOT to use T-Mobile. Dishonest business practices and terrible customer service. Thanks.
I left Tmobile for Sprint and have started to get called by this number everyday around noon...sometimes in the afternoon too. I never pick up. Now I definetly won't. Any suggestions on how to get it to stop??????
Dumped T-mobile over a month ago after being with them for many years (2 owners ago), as everything became about charges and not to make the customer happy. Received one (1) mailing to try to get me back (went straight in the trash-they could give a year FREE I wouldn't even consider it), and yesterday, for the first time, I had a call from this number. I make it a habit to not answer calls from numbers I don't recognize without first checking who is calling. So I'm not sure if it is them or not. Nothing else since this call, but the next time I will answer and see.
