These people claimed that they're from tmobile but they are not. They are scammers, they are trying to get your personal informations.
He told me that we need to settle of my outstanding bill. I told who the hell are you?? I'm current with my bill. I called tmobile just to confirmed if I'm behind on my payment, they said no. They advised to block that number on your phone.
I received a call from this number today. It was the T-Mobile automated system looking for the account holder of my old T-Mobile account. I left T-Mobile almost a month ago for Sprint. I pressed option 3 (I believe), the "wrong number" option. T-Mobile, do me a favor, before you start calling me about whatever I owe you ... do me a favor and send me a printed bill in the mail (which has not arrived). As far as I'm concerned, even with their top of the line Android phone, their service and coverage in the Phila metro area was so poor that I feel I don't owe them a cent.
Hi. Yes. I too get these weird calls from that number. But no, I haven't answered it because they
should leave a message for me if it is important. You never know who it will be on the other end
if you should call that number back. There are some really strange people in our world that if
you call numbers back, and noone left a message for you (especially when your voice mail works),
so why bother answering it, right? You have no idea what they may say to you if you call back.
Perhaps they might say something really creepy, right? Just because they want to.
So, no. If someone doesn't want to leave a message for me, I will not call it back.
I switched from T-Mobile to Spring a couple of months ago... these calls from this 201.297.4498 have just started within the past couple of weeks. I was able to block the call using a downloaded Android app, but it just sends the call to voicemail. Everytime this number calls me, it ends up leaving me a message with just my last name. I'm becoming VERY frustrated as I must receive at least 5 calls per day from this number!
I was a TMobile customer for 9 years. After terrible reception, dead zones in the middle of a city, and awful customer service, I left for AT&T and the iPhone. I switched on Monday, November 28, 2011 and began receiving calls from this NJ number the next day. They call 1-2x each day and leave no voicemail. I googled and found this.
Shame on you, TMobile. Your service sucks, your reception sucks, your phones suck, and you suck.
Switched from T-Mobile (poor signal) to AT&T and now this number is calling me. Cell phones should be protected from this harassment! Obviously, it's some company hired by T-Mobile, but why? What is it going to gain them besides bad PR? Idiots.
