Thank you for the #### trick, will definitely try it next time I get caught by one of those stupid scam. Unfortunately, they usually get my voicemail....
Getting calls like this is very annoying and plus it's a long distance on my cellular and we all know that most people have so many minutes to spare every month.... as it is my case.
When I see unknown area codes, 800 - 866, Skype-In or Google-Voice (the latest used by the scammers) I pick-up with landline phone and give them a blast of a continuous number tone - leave it off hook for a minute and then hang-up or listen for their computer to hang-up, the calls eventually stop coming from the same number but new ones appear like WEEDS.
This is soooo annoying I'm looking for a product to blast these cockroaches with a loud warble siren.
Got a call from these worthless s_bags. Really not impressed with the do not call registry. So many elderly people in this country being preyed upon, watch out for your folks.
