Obviously scam or phishing because 1. phone on DNC list; 2. came to cell phone not home phone associated with loans; 3. Press 1 to be connected, or press 2 to be removed from list; 4. caller not identified; 5. robocall
When I said Rachel had been calling me for more than 5 years to say my eligibility was about to expire the male telemarketer hung up on me. when I called back there was a Verizon recording saying the number was disconnected. Other sites said that 201-410-4458 is part of Cellco Partnerships dba Verizon. I hope that everyone fed up with these calls asks their representatives to outlaw telemarketers from disconnecting the phone after they call you.. A legit business lets you call back and ask for a manager. No wonder we are running out of phone numbers. a slimy company pulls that turn off nonsense they should lose that number and not get another one.
