Robocall saying I qualify to have debt forgiven due to lender violation of Fair Credit Reporting Act. Obviously scam or phishing because 1. phone on DNC list; 2. came to cell phone not home phone associated with loans; 3. Press 1 to be connected, or press 2 to be removed from list; 4. caller not identified; 5. robocall
I answered, there was a recorded message. I pressed 1 to speak to a representative because I wanted to ask them not to call again. The operator asked if I was responding to "eliminating my debt" I said no and before I could ask them to remove my number they hung up. SCAM.
I believe they my be trying to capture voices sayin certain things ... I pressed one and he asked me a question when I responded with "I was trying to see what this is about" he hung up immediately
