I just recieved my cc statement and have an unknown charge. I went online to check this out from a vandegrift llc .com and guess what I find. All this!!! Not cool at all. Will be calling my cc company right off. Thank you all for these reports.

Apparently from you all do your research and a couple various other message board I need to call my bank and see to talk to a representative.  I am upset that this crap happens.

Yeah, this is NOT cool!  I'm out 13 BUCKS!

Just called my bank and they're like we don't do anything under $25.  

BOTH support numbers are recordings!  There 24-7 email DOESN'T RESPOND!  Looks like I'm in for a new CC/Debit card.

Any bank that doesn't remove the charges should be put in the spotlight of local television news.

I also got a charge on my debit card on May 4th, 2009.  I called the bank and canceled the card then asked to be refunded.  Was told to file a police report.  I filed a police report and was given an internet report address that is affiliated with the FBI.  The web site is:
www.ic3.gov I filed my report and gave my case number.  This needs to be stopped.
