I receved this wierd phone call on Friday saying that I will be prosecuted for fraud if I did not send a payment or promissary note, stating that I will pay $987.61. But after I looked them up on 800notes.com and found out that what they are doing is fraudulent and they are using another company's name and also did not want to give me any information of what the money was for only for a pay day loan that was unpaid, and wanted me to send it western union to a Tyrell Graham.
When they call back again - tell them you did exactly that. once you have filed the complaints - you will get complaint numbers. Offer to give them the complaint numbers
At this point they think they still have a chance in scaring you into sending them money - Once they know you have reported their criminal attempts -they'll stop calling
I rec'd a call from a "Steve Martin", yeah right that is NOT a foreign name!!!!! He claims that I took out a loan and never paid it back, he has an address for me, but it is for a former coworker of mine!!! This "Steve Martin" claims he could take my kids away from me.................. I mean tha name of the comapany is United legal Headquarters! How can they have LEGAL in their name if they are NOT LEGAL???????????? Do NOT return their calls!!!!!!!
I recieved a call from this number 201-477-1459 extension 105, the guy by the name of officer james, call and left a message stating i must call him that i'm involved in a crime and that I will be sent to jail if I do not call them back. he had my name, address, ssn, date of birth, and telephone number. that is very scary i have no Ideal what and how he got this information. this is the second time i have gotten a call of this nature.
