I receved this wierd phone call on Friday saying that I will be prosecuted for fraud if I did not send a payment or promissary note, stating that I will pay $987.61. But after I looked them up on 800notes.com and found out that what they are doing is fraudulent and they are using another company's name and also did not want to give me any information of what the money was for only for a pay day loan that was unpaid, and wanted me to send it western union to a Tyrell Graham.
I received a call last Friday from an Officer James Scott at 201-477-1459 ext 1058 saying that my name has been red flagged,that I had to pay that day or be arrested. When I asked who he represented he told me that after I pay I will receive all the paperwork in an e-mail. In this call Officer James turn into Sr Officer Seam Willams. He was very rude and started yelling at me. He called back yesterday and again insisted that I pay and everytime I hung up he would call back. I told him that I had reported the call to the police & the BBB and that the call was being recorded and hung up. He then left a message telling me that he knows my supervisor, that they are good friends and that I had 15 minutes to call back or I would be forcefully removed from my job and arrested.
MY GIRLFRIEND HAS RECEIVED PHONECALLS FORM THE NUMBER AND THEY SAY SHE OWES A LOAN AND HAS TO PAY SOME MONEY AND SOMEHOW THEY HAVE HER DEBT CARD NUMBER AND HAS HER ACCOUNT UNDER INVESTIGATION FOR A FIVE HUNDRED DOLLAR TRANSACTION THAT SHE DID NOT MAKE SO WHEN THEY CALL IGNORE IT AND KEEP AN UPDATE ON YOUR ACCOUNTS BEFORE ITS TOO LATE
I recieved a call today from the same # I was threated and cursed and they demanded money for a dept that someone used me as a reference.I was told they would see me in court unless i made a payment or paid the loan for a claim that was being filed against me.I asked for their name and company and I would take it to base legal and they said to go f off and hung up.Previously they had stated they were with Pay day loans but I really could not understand the person because they where from another country.
201-477-1459 called they called me under a different number last two months , I get ext. or name and call them back and they hate it . I tell them if they keep calling me that I will call them back it makes them mad.when they call they ask for a person that does not live here and they dont understand to take my number off the list. I never give them my name and they keep asking for my name. try calling them back its fun because they dont know what to do. Talk stupid stuff to them .
The caller called from the 201 477 1459 number, and then sent a text to my phone from the toll free number, when i returned the call and asked who it was, they shuffled through the phone and said they would transfer me to their manager, who's name was "officer david ricardo".....I ASKED HOW THEY GOT MY NUMBER AND WHY THEY WERE CALLING SO MANY TIMES, AND THEY THREATENED TO SUE ME because apparantly according to their records my friend, whom they named by first and last name, had committed fraud n taken out a loan, with me as the gaurantor. When we called back together, she asked what loan he was talkin about, and how much it was for, and he just kept sayin: you dont know?.....I dont know what to do about these folks, as they call me atleast once a week. They are liars, and have no reason to keep harrasing me, any suggestions?
