I receved this wierd phone call on Friday saying that I will be prosecuted for fraud if I did not send a payment or promissary note, stating that I will pay $987.61. But after I looked them up on 800notes.com and found out that what they are doing is fraudulent and they are using another company's name and also did not want to give me any information of what the money was for only for a pay day loan that was unpaid, and wanted me to send it western union to a Tyrell Graham.
report them to your local police department and try to file harassment charges! that is what i am in the process of doing. its worth a shot they need stopped.
I received a call yesterday from 201 477 1459 who's from a company called Eagle Eye Associates person name "Danny Jackson" with case file E23623. R'cvd different numbers in last 2 months with different names with indian accent. Told me that I have committed a fraud. I told them that if I committed a fraud were is the documents that show proof that I did a fraud. Been telling them to either fax or send certified mail. But they stated that this needs to be paid off before sending documents. They also told me they will contact the local county to supena me to court cause I used my company name as a guarantor. They are scammers..
Hi its me again. I got another call from the scammers. This time they are using phone #646-289-8346 and the name is John McClain from the Investigation Dept. I understand that this is not the above number but it is the same guys. They are still threatening to have me forcable removed from my work place by giving me a time limit, but as usual won't leave any information on why they are calling except that they want me to send them money. (not gonna happen) I've got my phone calls on recording, a report with the police, the BBB and Federal Trade Commission. Especially after Sr Officer Sean Williams started calling my job and yelling at anyone who answered the phone. I really hope that the FTC catches these guys.

After reading all of these posts, it does concern us at Eagle Eye Detective Agency that these imposters are harming us and causing so many problems with their prey. On behalf of Eagle Eye, the real, honest investigative agency, we are not the culprits, nor the scammers, nor do we know who these SOBs are. Any help in trying to get these people is appreciated. They most likely will move on to another company name as we pursue federal charges against them.
