I receved this wierd phone call on Friday saying that I will be prosecuted for fraud if I did not send a payment or promissary note, stating that I will pay $987.61. But after I looked them up on 800notes.com and found out that what they are doing is fraudulent and they are using another company's name and also did not want to give me any information of what the money was for only for a pay day loan that was unpaid, and wanted me to send it western union to a Tyrell Graham.
"Officer David Ricardo" called me yesterday!!! what a joke!, At first these guys creeped me out but once I realized that they are scammers I started to have fun with them. I think if there tormenting innocent people then we should be tormenting them back. Dont give these SOB's any information, questoin everything they ask! I really hope the government steps up and takes these guys out, I know alot of people would help catch them including myself!
I have been harrassed from these guys since January of 2009. At that time it was for 'cyber crime' - but they didn't give a company name. Basically, I was told if I didn't pay I would be arrested, lose my credit report, my social security number would be blocked and I would be fired - I told them that they need to provide sufficient documentation showing I owed any money and I would try and resolve the matter. That wouldn't work, so I was supposed to be arrested - now it has started up again for the past three weeks. Indian voices - very American names (pathetic, but I guess they look for what sounds like a believable cover) and saying the same things. This time I tried to have fun with them - I also called the FBI and filed a report - i thought they would stop since I didn't buy into it. Every week since they are calling me at work - new officers, but same deal. Today I had the final straw and I have been calling them every 30 minutes and harrassing them. Basically giving them so much [***] that they know what it is like. At this point they think I am a pretty crazy American lady.
