Never get into a discussion with this type of caller. Do not give information, do not curse, do not request removal from call list, do not do anything. Just HANG UP. The more you argue, the more the scammers will call back. And the more irritated you are, the more likely it is that you will reveal information.
I answer the phone with the standard greeting. Long pause... plock...click, "Hello, Doris?" (heavily accented). I respond, this is Company Name. They hang up.
