Never get into a discussion with this type of caller. Do not give information, do not curse, do not request removal from call list, do not do anything. Just HANG UP. The more you argue, the more the scammers will call back. And the more irritated you are, the more likely it is that you will reveal information.
I was looking for part time work, and somehow or other, I began getting emails and calls asking if I was looking to go back to school. I never responded to either. In this day and time, who wants a school loan debt.
Oy! This cat that called must have had marbles galore (or SOMETHIN') in his mouth! I couldn't understand a damp word he said, lol. I was actually very patient at first, explaining that I couldn't understand what he was saying, or who he was asking for. I even asked if he could put someone else on to do the talking. By then I was trying not to laugh. I finally asked if he was a bill collector. All I was able to understand was "going back to college". NOW we're gettin' somewhere! Not really. Click. Buh-bye "Kumar"! =-D
I saw something about going back to school. I am in...with the other folks who have provided a comment. I never answer an unknown number until I can do some research on it. It just so happens this nifty little dohicky of an android app called "should I answer" did all the initial foot work by blocking the culprit. I am not endorsing the app just making a factual statement for the purposes of this comment. Be my luck, the app is triggering the calls with various scammers. Nah....j/k.
