I found out...if you own a Dell pc that's 5 years old or older...Dell has contracted all old pc's to Indiana. The newer ones are contracted to Americans in Seattle, Washington.
This forces me to buy to new pc very soon. I don't like having to speak to the Indian guys. Some of them are very rude.
A correction needs to made. I stated, "Older pc's are contracted to Indiana." That's wrong, I meant to say, "Older pc's are contracted to India for tech support."
No it's not Dell. I called Dell they have no record of such call. The person from the 201 # was to have someone return my call to address the service issues that were not corrected but they never did. Dell has no record of my concerns. Beware!!!!!!!
I just bought a Dell computer and I am getting calls from this number. The last person who called, I couldn't even understand. I asked him to get somebody that spoke North American English, because his language was no where close to what is thought in our schools. He continued talking, so I hung up!
