I just received this same message from the same person(I think the power amount was different) I have not borrowed this money Im wondering if that is the case with others
Just got the same text message. It is against the law to send them via a text. If they continue to harass you then you can go to the attorney generals office of your state,or the commissioner of banking. They have been a big help to me in CT
I too just received the same general text message but the phone numbers were different, they were:
Text: 609-357-1537 and phone 360-342-2028 and signed by Senior Officer Steven Smith.
The most disturbing fact of this text is that it is addressed to my daughter-in-law and even included the last four of her SSN#, and yet it was text to my cell number. (She is not included on my cell plan).
Just received a text from this person stating that I owe $500.00. Also that it is going to court if I don't do something by tomorrow. I called 201-285-5051. This is the number that they put in the text to call back. Beware this has happened to me before and it is one BIG SCAM
