I had this number 201-537-5857 text me and telling I have a outstanding balance of $673 on a payday loan and there's a court order against me and a sheriff officer is going to contact me with a warrant of arrest and documentation, and also that they may visit my workplace incase if I was not home.
got the same text message this morning but it was from a man and the text was from 201 537 5857 telling me to call201 2855021 to clear this matter up because I only had 48 hours then a warrant would be issuded for my arrest they say I own for a bounced check for 856.00 I don't have a bank account have not had one in many years THIS IS A SCAM TRYING TO GET PEOPLES MONEY
Had the same txt stating that I owe a payday loan of 856.00 when the principal was 500.00 and I had 48 hrs or they would send out a Warrant for my Arrest they gave me no name but that it was from crimes financial agency what do u guys suggest scam or legit?
