After a couple of email replys I started noticing that his sentance structure was starting to get very poor. He mentioned sending keys for us to go look at it and that when I looked up the phone number and found this posting. I have no doubt his next email will ask me to send him th $500 deposit.

Same thing with a house in Austin, TX. This person is using the owner's name. Below are the responses I've gotten when inquiring about the house.

This is the exact response I got in reply to my interest in a house in Riverside, CA. This time asking for $700 rent. I came SO close to doing it! Thanks folks for your postings and saving me!
