This one stated that his name was Kepler Kramer and posted the house for rent in the Sugarhouse area of Utah on HotPads.com. The pictures are very nice, the front yard does have a for sale sign on it but he explains this by stating that he had to move to NJ for work and that the house was not selling so he desided to rent. After a couple of email replys I started noticing that his sentance structure was starting to get very poor. He mentioned sending keys for us to go look at it and that when I looked up the phone number and found this posting. I have no doubt his next email will ask me to send him th $500 deposit.
Moving to Anchorage soon and thought the house was too good to be true. After a couple emails he wanted me to wire transfer him the $700 deposit to Amarillo, TX. It's a shame, the worse kind of person. So glad I knew something was up, mainly because the emails were so general and he wouldn't answer my questions directly. I'm angry and hope no one else gets scammed by him.
Well it looks like he's at it again. I thought it sounded reasonable and that the price was close to what I expected. Once again though it was a house that was for sale and he used the excuse that they didn't want the house sitting empty. This house was also listed on Hotpads he was using the last name Gardener. He was suppose to be in Dallas and when he called me I knew it wasn't a Texas area code so I did a google search and found this site. Beware!
