I am a Realtor in Sarasota FL this is a scam do not give this person any $$$ He has stolen my info from MLS and posted it as a rental. It is NOT for rent and the emaias is bogus.

I have a house listed in McKinney, Tx and I received 4 calls from people that saw it advertised on Trulia by this same scum bag. Fortunately they called me after they drove by the house and saw my sign in the yard. The scarey thing is that I have no idea how many others may have sent him/her money without checking it out first.
I would like to see this person prosecuted to the full extent of the law but I am not sure who to contact to get it done. The telephone number is the same so maybe they can get to them that way.

Just got this. Sounded suspicious and thankfully looked it up!
