This one stated that his name was Kepler Kramer and posted the house for rent in the Sugarhouse area of Utah on HotPads.com. The pictures are very nice, the front yard does have a for sale sign on it but he explains this by stating that he had to move to NJ for work and that the house was not selling so he desided to rent. After a couple of email replys I started noticing that his sentance structure was starting to get very poor. He mentioned sending keys for us to go look at it and that when I looked up the phone number and found this posting. I have no doubt his next email will ask me to send him th $500 deposit.
The exact same thing for a property in Irving, TX. Email communication starts to break down with regards to verbiage...he doesn't have a grasp on the language. He wants money wired to him for keys, the same wording "god fearing family", talk about real estate agents cheating him...then calls me and I can honestly not understand more than 2 words in the entire conversation. Wow...what a total scam.
Same scam in Washington DC. Pretend to be the real owner by making an email account with their real name.
