Called landline. Left no message. CID displayed FAV. We NEVER answer ANY unsolicited call or number we do not recognize. Too many CRIMINALS trying to victimize whoever answers the phone. If they don't leave a message then the call is not important.
again they save started. again I told this dave that I had personally told him to place us on the internal do not call list, doubt that will happen, also again I told him I am a disabled vet and sure know his group was not helping me where my local vfw was truly trying to and helping me.
They really hit a big one today. Six calls so far! They called hourly starting @ 9:25 by 3:03 pm, I had enough! I was ready to chew someones head off. I called them back and their answering machine said they were closed, the answering machine was full, could not take anymore messages and hung up.
I got a call from this number, I do no answer any calls that I do not recognize the number. These scammers from India use a computer program to create fake identities and number, they also use other companies names with fake numbers. They make all these calls from a computer. If you try to call them back, you can not get anyone, because the computer is program to say what ever they want it to say. Have anyone ever wonder how these scammers from overseas got your name and number. The American companies have hired these scammers from overseas for most of these tech support and call center job for cheap labor.
I answered when they called. They said "Is this (name)?" I said "No". They said "OK, no message gotta go." Then hung up. I would have loved to finished that conversation face to face.
They were nice (a real person) and claimed the they were looking for veterens donations, and wanted to send envelope for me to send donation (don't know if they had the address, but I was not giving it up) but I told him I would donate thru the website. They said thanks and hung up WHILE I was asking for Web address for the second time...so I think it's pretty much a scam.
