Also, I should have started my message with: I am truly sorry that this has happened to you. It's the lowest form of pond scum the way they treated you. Anyone with an accurate address for them? I have remedies (legal ones of course). Also, be very careful calling them repeatedly as they can sue you (again it's been years for me but the statute is PL195 I believe under the harassment as well as interference with commerce. FAIR? Of course not. But they probably have the money. And there is no legal recourse or it is no defense to state in one way or another "well they did it to me", so to speak. Sometimes the more noise you make with boneheads such as these (who, by the way are asking you to commit international felonies by purchases prescription and scheduled substances and crossing international borders with them. This literally can add up to nearly 20 felonies committed if you were to go through with what they are asking you to do and you were caught)...but as I was saying before the comma, I despite wanting to commit acts I cannot state on for the record against them (and it's just a fantasy of mine at times, nothing I would ever really do) , it's often better to ignore because it is wasting their time to continue to solicit to someone who says (here's a hint and what I do), "I'm sorry but you've reached "blah blah corporation" would you like to schedule your windshield to be replaced this week?" it worked for me. They are in this for money. But if you DO anger them, there's ALWAYS more than one (they're chaulked full of idiots those type of telemarketing firms) they may have the guy who runs the auto dialer, that nowdays can easily dial 10,000 phone numbers per minute and as soon as someone picks up, it's routed to the next free room temperatured IQ'd telemarketer who's phone line is free. It's not hard for them to spin your number in on every campaign they run, and have no one really catch on because it may be a floor of 200 people and 3 shifts round the clock. Just some thoughts. But being a "Business" they've reached usually works right away, if not, then after the 2nd call or 3rd at most they'll hit that "F" key to take you off the dialer
Sorry to keep writing under your name as a response, but SOMEONE FIND OUT THE LEGAL REMEDIES for an OUT OF THE COUNTRY TELEMARKETING FIRM BREAKING THE U.S FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION LAWS BECAUSE THOSE LAWS APPLY TO THE UNITED STATES CORPORATION COMMISSION AND CITIZENS OR PEOPLE PRACTICING BUSINESS INSIDE THE BOUNDARIES OF THE U.S; WE ARE GETTING INTO INTERNATIONAL LAW.
AGAIN - WE NEED TO FIND WHAT OR WHO TO FILE WITH WHEN IT'S A FOREIGN COUNTRY'S COMPANY. THIS MIGHT EVEN NOT BE CANADA, IT COULD BE A FIRM BASED OR EVEN HAVE ITS ENTIRE CHARTER IN CANADA, BUT THE CALLS MAY BE MADE BY A SUB-CONTRACTED 3RD PARTY SAY....OUT OF INDIA? (NOT PICKING ON INDIA, LOL)
