Who called from 2016763188

Here is what I do, I turn my ringer to off position, and my answering machine on, so they don't leave a message, and I don't hear the phone ring all day, just the important people leave a message , as I just see my caller ID just light up.

This no. Called our home everyday, look like my phone no. On their list, they check us every day, sometime twice everyday.

This no. Called our house for 2 years, it stop to interrupt a while, this morning it backs again.

Agreed, called me 3 times today alone.  Twice yesterday.  Been ignoring this number for a couple years myself.  I think next time I'll use an airhorn when I answer.

This number told me it was he it's. Hey asked to speak with my sister.  Why wouldn't the government have my sister's number.  Also, doesn't the government send letters? It was a heavy accent.  I think he was from India...  Got to be a scam.
