They are indeed a 3rd party collection agency out of "Jersey". They go after old, repeat old debt long ago written off(Like 10 years or more. Real collectors will never touch this goat feed. I worked in the business for over 31 years. Like mentioned above: NEVER give out any information, also under federal law 95-109.. They are required to send you a letter indicating who they are. Called and asked to speak with Wanda Ross.  I asked who it was, she said nothing.  I asked her what it was about, she said personal.  Strong Indian accent.  This isn't the first time I have gotten this call, but this time I told her I would report them.  ID said, Leona, NJ.
