I got a call from 3241 and they say they are from Microsoft calling to help me fix my computer. When I said that this was suspicious they say No, No, We are working for a company through Microsoft. They wanted me to go into my computer and bring up a website. I told them I had another call coming in and they called back three days later. I had a very hard time understanding them, very thick accents. Sounded like they were from India.
Recieved a call from a man saying they could lower interest rates on all credit cards to 6%. I gave him information not thinking it was a scam. I tried calling the number and it said mailbox is full. I contacted credit card company and cancelled card. Mistake on my part. I know better.
