I got a call from 3241 and they say they are from Microsoft calling to help me fix my computer. When I said that this was suspicious they say No, No, We are working for a company through Microsoft. They wanted me to go into my computer and bring up a website. I told them I had another call coming in and they called back three days later. I had a very hard time understanding them, very thick accents. Sounded like they were from India.
This is the tenth plus times I gotton a phone call from this number. I ask them too take me off there lists. They just hang up I try to call back to get removed. The phone goes to a voice mailbox thats aways full. I want to report haressment on them for not leaving alone they almost got me fired from my job one day when called three time in one at work. Please stop before I have my lawyer waist his vauble time on this mess.
I received a call from this number today and when I mentoned that I wanted to know the company's US Trustee Number (by the way, there are only four legit Credit Counselling Organizations and they would give this number), the rep on the phone began beligerant, even raising his voice and telling me that I need to calm down. After I indicated that I am not to be spoken to in such a tone, his voice rose even higher and he started calling me a [***], [***], etc. I am not offended by these terms, which was his intent, but I was offended at his behavior. I asked to speak to the supervisor and instead had to listen the rep continue his barrage of insult. In response, I mentioned my past as a Senior Fraud Analyst and my knowledge of Credit Counselling and the steps that I was going to take. Upon mentioning that I was recording this call, he hung up.
