Just got a call from 732-228-4545 and a woman with an accent said that she was from the NAR Group and that I have a payday load from 2009 that is delinquent. she said they just received this information about an hour ago. It looks like they changed their numbers...
Today I got a phone call from Global Touch with the number 201-812-2090 and I was accused of taking out a loan from SJM Marketing for 300 dollars in 2010 and bring up my old address and old bank I used to have accounts. Global Touch is a fake debt collection agency because the lady mentioned court and seeing the judge which is wrong because debt collectors are not allowed to threaten legal action according to the fair debt collection practices act so I filed a complaint to the consumer financial protection consumer so this fake company is a scam.
I got the call today from same number and they left me a VM but they stated they are with CSR solutions so then I proceeded to call them every two minutes and asked how it feels to be called in this manner and filed a police report
I keep getting calls from 2018122090 stating that I owe for a payday loan in 2010 which I did not do. Also stating that they have two different companies who filed against me. When I ask for detail I was provided out dated info but she read the last 4 of my social. This is definitely a scam bc she couldn't provide the company name or location and there was no one to escalate to!
OMG! I just got off the phone. The woman was VERY nasty and said she's been there for 11 years. She said that I took out a payday loan in 2010 and they mentioned an old address that I lived at for maybe 3 months. she said that I had another one I received in 2009 that I never paid back/or stopped paying. She read the last 4 of my social and said that she will mark that I am unwilling to pay and that I will have to go to court with my lawyer. She mentioned an old email address that hasn't been used for a while. she mentioned 2 company names but I never took out a payday loan. I considered it back in 2006 but never did! I asked her for a supervisor and she said they were all in a meeting and will be out at 2pm. This is ridiculous!
