I absolutely hate their calls. My husband told me that he preferred them to email him, but they insist on calling all the fricking time. They are a pain in the a*s. I have to call back when the prescription is over a certain dollar amount as they will not fill it if I don't. I realize they want to make sure that they get their money, but they have info on file and I think it's stupid that they waste people's time this way. They refuse to email and insist on calling. And, Medco, don't call me telling me that a prescription is on its way. I hate your automated computer system and hate the fact that my husband and I are no where near retirement and last time (I had to call) your system transferred me about two or three times and this woman asked me if we changed insurance and if we were now on Medicare. We are too young for Medicare, Bi*ch! If something changes insurance-wise, I will be intelligent enough to know to notify you and the doctor, etc., etc. ........ OMG ........ bug off!!! DON'T CALL US, WE WILL CALL YOU (but only if it's absolutely necessary and we will hate doing so).
It was Medco. that's fine w/ me -- in fact, I might have wanted to talk to them if the ID had said "MEDCO" It would depend on whether I needed something or not...
