Received call identified as N J Wyckoff, asking if I was [name]: say yes or no, or press 1 for yes or 2 for no. When I said yes, the message just repeated. When I pressed 1, the message just repeated. This is an infinite loop. If their phone system is broken, they should use email or snail mail--that is, if they're legitimate.
It is Medco mailorder pharmacy. It is an automated system hence the say yes or no or press 1 for yes 2 for no. They start talking as soon as the voicemail picks up so all that comes up in the message is 2012. It is either an owed bill, reminder to refill or see your doctor to get a new script or an autofill notice.
Same thing, It was actually a courtsey call letting me know myr RX was filled and shipping in 3-5 days. It would have been nice to have had them identify themselves instead of a computer generated voice, mis-prouncing my name and not stating theirs That otherwise would have been no issue.
