Dont call and not leave a message...then call back and say my order was filled but not say who u are. I called and gave them my # only and requested no more calls. See how that goes.
They dont understand for 5$ more every 90 days I dont need them. I would pay 10$ not to be called over the weekend...
Courtesy call from Medco with automated message about an order shipping. Unfortunately, there is a long delay between my picking-up and their machine telling the message, so I hung up prematurely. They need to shorten their reponse time else people and answering machines will hang-up.
Unless it has a customer's number wrong, it is simply your mail-order pharmacy calling with a message, such as your doctor has faxed them your prescription and your order is being processed.
If you don't want them to call your cell phone, you should not have given them that number. Otherwise, call the number you have on your insurance card for MedCo (now called Express Scripts), or the number you use to call in your prescriptions, and change your number, tell them not to use it, you no longer have it, whatever you think will work.
It is a problem that their name does not appear on caller ID. One solution is to enter their number in your contact list so that when they call, their name will show up on your phone's screen.
