Who called from 2019680327

Rude Rude Rude. There should be legal recourse. If I find there is, I will report them. This man called from 201-968-0327 looking for someone whos name I didnt know or can recall. I picked up and said I didnt know who he was looking for and to not call anymore. He says ...then dont you screen your calls. I'm not screening if I answer, you sill little rude man of small intelligence.

they keep calling my phone and asking me for location information on this lady. I dont know anyone by that name. They called me at 8pm. I left a voice mail and told on the VM that i didnt know anyone by that name and to please remove my number. 7 days later i got a call from the same man . he left a VM and sounded pissed off insisting i give information about this lady who i dont know. I called back for the second time and asked them to please stop calling and that i do not know who that lady is . I havent gotten anything sicne but they seem to call every 5 days . Not sure if its over or not but we will see.

I received a call from Scott(?) at Kramer & Associates yesterday.  He indicated he needed to talk to me, that a claim has been filed against me.  He gave me the claim number and his phone number - (201) 968-0327, but no extension.  Can anyone tell me if this Is this legitimate, or is it a scam?  I don't know whether to call him back or not.

I got the calls several times from this company with unhappy voice and harrasing me.. I can't belive any one in the law enforcement or attoney general can not stop these people even though they are doing this for long time~

Just because a voice on the telephone claims you owe a debt does not mean you owe it
If a voice on the telephone claims you owe a debt:

1.    Demand the person give you his or her name, company name, and address
2.     Demand a debt validation letter by US mail.  E-mail no good.
3.    Do not pay  the collection agent or anyone else a  DIME  until the debt is validated.

Of course they won’t do this, no scammer ever will, so simply block their calls and ignore them.

If they continue to bother you, and you know you do not owe any money,  tell them that you know this is  a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion.  You might have to yell at the scammer and talk over him or her.  Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the  file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved.   Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.
