Someone keeps calling us for someone who does not live here, or who does not have this number. what can we do to legally get them to stop calling. they call 4 times a day.
They were calling me at work too. I called and left them a message to not call me at work and they were at least nice enough to take my work number out of the system. Now They call me at home all the time though :(
Rec'd a threatening call from a Steven Marham telling me that I took a loan out with a payday loan by the name of BIG CASH in May 2011. Today they are telling me that they have contacted my place of employment and they want over $2000.00. NEVER have I taken a loan from these ppl however I have had payday loans and paid them back. I've come to find out that once you're in the system other payday loan companies actually try and tell you you've taken loans from them. How do I get these ppl to stop harrassing me?
